RETURN
✧ Return and Refund are hassle-free when you buy from bellezzaengagementrings.com.
✧ We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
*You have to email us about a return & refund before 30 days after delivery.
*Custom or Personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are specially made for you on an order basis.
✧ To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
✧ Since our designs are handcrafted, all returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. This fee covers the labor cost of manufacturing. If the returned piece requires extensive cleaning or repair (or is in any other condition that prevents resale), we will charge a higher restocking fee, depending on the amount of repair work that’s required.
EXCHANGE
✧ We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@bellezzaengagementrings.com and send your item to the address that will be emailed to you.
REFUND
✧ Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund.
✧ Your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
