✧ We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

*You have to email us at hello@bellezzaengagementrings.com about a return & refund before 30 days after delivery.

*Custom or Personalized order cannot be return or exchanged, as they are specially made for you on order basis.

✧ To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

✧ Since our designs are handcrafted, all returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. This fee covers the labor cost of manufacturing. If the returned piece requires extensive cleaning or repair (or are in any other condition that prevents resale) we will charge a higher restocking fee, depending on the amount of repair work that’s required.

✧ Unfortunately, We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds (if applicable) 
✧ Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
✧ If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable) 
✧ If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
✧ Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping 
✧ To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided by bellezzaengagementring.com (Please email at hello@bellezzaengagementring.com, before shipping back the jewelry or loose Moissanite or any other gemstones)

✧ You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

✧ Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

✧ If you are shipping an item over $200, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDER

❖ Do you offer custom design?
✧ Yes, we do. You have to share your dream jewelry images with us and we will create it for you.

❖ How custom order work?
✧ We will be pleased to receive the customized and personalized order. We have a simple procedure for customized orders, the steps are as below...

1. Start a conversation with one of our jewelry designers about your customized design. They will help you in the designing process of your jewelry also if you have a specific design in your mind send us a picture.
2. We will create CAD (Computer Design) of your jewelry and send it to you for confirmation. If you need any changes you can let us know we will do changes according to your requirements.
3. Once the CAD is approved from your side. We will Cut & Polish your Moissanite Diamond and start the jewelry manufacturing process.
4. When your jewelry is ready to ship, we will share the Images & Videos of your jewelry and then ship it with an international courier company.

❖ Can I customize a Bellezza Engagement Rings design?
✧ Yes, most of our designs can be customized to suit your taste and lifestyle, as an example Moissanite can be replaced with Diamond, Sapphires or Emeralds, prong styles can be changes from traditional to claw. Simple design changes will add a extra minimal fee, if the ring design changes in a more significant way like two rings put together, larger or smaller stones are required, a design element is added or removed or if a design image is required, there will be additional charges, or the design may be considered custom at the designer's discretion. Contact Us to discuss the possibilities or to request a quote.

❖ Can I order a Bellezza Engagement Rings design with any center stone size & shape?
✧ Yes, all of our designs are meant to be customized with your choice of center stone and metal! Most work well with center stone sizes from 0.30 carats to 3.0 carats, and in many shapes like oval, pear, brilliant, etc. Contact Us for center stone size & shape changes.

✧ No, we have our own manufacturing factory. All our Moissanite Diamonds are cut & polished by professional artisan of Bellezza Engagement Rings Family. We have a team of gemologists who will inspect the diamonds before we stud them in jewelry.

❖ Your Moissanite Diamonds are Certified?
✧ Yes, all our Moissanite Diamonds are certified and tested by International Laboratory. We give a physical authenticity certificate card of your diamond jewelry on request. You must pay a $50USD certification charge. You can also check the authenticity of diamonds from any International Laboratory in your country.

❖ Your Jewelry set in Solid Gold?
✧ Yes, all our Jewelry is make in Solid 10KT, 14KT or 18KT Gold. The color of the gold can be chosen from White, Yellow or Rose.

❖ Does your Jewelry comes with Metal Authenticity Stamp?
✧ Yes, all jewelry comes with metal authenticity stamps. Once your jewelry is ready to ship at our manufacturing unit after that we will send it to the International hallmarking laboratory they will check the metal authenticity & stamp on it.

❖ How long will my Order Take?
✧ Each piece of our ethical fine jewelry is hand made especially for you, with love and care. Your beautiful piece of jewelry will be made in max. 2 to 3 weeks plus shipping time. Custom, Customized and Engraved pieces will require additional time.

❖ Rush Order service available?

❖ Do you ship Internationally?
✧ Yes, we ship our jewelry all over the world.

❖ How do I track my order?

❖ Can I change my shipping address before item ship?
✧ Yes, you can change the address before item ship from our manufacturing facility by sending a direct message, once the item is shipped out you can't change. We will not be responsible for any loss of parcel that occurs due to a wrong address.

RETURN, RESIZE & REPAIRE

❖ What is your Return & Refund Policy?
✧ We will accept return and exchange on most pieces. Items must be returned in unworn condition within 30 days of receipt. All returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. If you want to exchange your piece, we'll apply full amount of your original purchase to a new purchase of equal or grater value. Read our Return & Refund Policy HERE.

❖ Can I return a special or custom made order?
✧ Custom designed merchandise, class rings, special customize design items engraved with personalised information cannot be returned or exchanged.

❖ The ring I ordered doesn’t fit. Can you resize it?
✧ Yes, absolutely. As long as it’s a Bellezza Engagement Rings piece (that is not an eternity band version of one of our designs) we will resize it for free.

If you chose the “Eternity Band” style option for your ring, resizing incurs a $100 fee (as opposed to our standard complimentary service). You will be required to email us to confirm your ring size before we can begin production on your piece.

❖ What are your customer service hours?

❖ Do you offer engraving?
✧ Yes, we offer engrave service on our all precious fine jewelry. Engraving costs $20 for up to 15 characters, and 5.00 for each additional 10 character. After engrave we request to double-check on engraving and ask for the images of engraving before we ship it out to you.

❖ Is it possible for me to pay using two different Credit Cards?
✧ Yes, you can pay using multiple credit cards. Contact our executives they will guide you on how to pay using multiple credit cards.  

❖ Can I Buy a Setting Without Buying a Diamond?
✧ We do not sell only setting. Our settings are made-to-order with each one handcrafted for a center diamond with unique characteristics to ensure the quality of the finished piece. For this reason, we do not provide stand-alone settings or semi mounts. Please let us know if we can assist you with selecting a center diamond.

❖ Do You Offer Payment Plans?
✧ Yes, we offer payment plans. You can make your payment in 3 different part of your total amount.

First: 35% Payment so we will start CAD design process and confirm with you before start manufacturing process. If you need any changes we will do as per your request.

Second: Another, 35% Payment. Now, we will start cutting & polishing process of your diamond and send the video of your forever one diamond.

Third: Rest of 30% Payment you have to play before we ship your jewelry. Once, your jewelry is ready to ship we will share the images & video to confirm with you and ship with express courier service.

❖ Do you make men's jewelry?
✧ Yes, We do make men's jewelry on a customized order basis. Please send us an image and we will recreate it for you.
